Frequently Asked Questions About Memberships
Healing Waters offers three types of memberships: Wave & Sun Membership, Pure MD Facial Monthly Membership, and Massage Monthly Membership.
The Wave & Sun annual membership consists of a welcome gift, an additional 5% discount on all services, a quarterly gift, first knowledge of promotions and events, and priority donations to your charity of choice.
The Pure MD Facial Monthly Membership offers 12 months of Luxe or Ultimate facials, discounts on facials and add-ons, free Tier One add-on, retail discounts, free admission to Saturday AM Yoga, and an introductory skincare analysis with consultation and product recommendation.
Yes, you can share your membership with friends and family, but you need to provide written permission from the member.
The Massage Monthly Membership offers 12 months of Signature or Deep Tissue massages, discounts on massages and add-ons, free Tier One add-ons, retail discounts, free Saturday AM Yoga, and an introductory body analysis with consultation and product recommendation.
Members with Paid in Full memberships receive 20% off of each facial or massage and can access all their paid services immediately as long as the membership is active.
Memberships are redeemable only for designated services, may not be transferred without permission, and free add-ons and discounts are only for the member. Services must be used by the end of the agreement term, and member discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Memberships auto-renew unless canceled 30 days before the scheduled renewal, and early cancellations may incur a fee.
Submit a Membership Cancellation request at least 30 days before your scheduled auto-renewal to prevent interruption of services.
