Membership is redeemable only towards the designated services agreed upon in the agreement.

The membership agreement may not be transferred without permission from Healing Waters; however, a member may share their designated monthly service benefit with a friend or family member with written permission from the member

The free add-on treatments and additional discounts are only for the designated member.

The services must be used by the end of the term of the agreement, or else they will be forfeited.

The term is for 12 months, and services are valid seven days a week, except during spa closure for holidays.

Member discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or packages. And are not valid for gift card purchases.

To prevent interruption of services, memberships are auto-renewed unless the MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION request is submitted to us at least 30 days before your scheduled auto-renewal.

Cancellations made before fulfilling your membership agreement will incur an early cancellation fee equal to the difference between your member rate and the standard service fee for the time you have been getting your discount per the contract.

Paying for the membership is agreeance to its terms.
